Official invitation letter form

To draw up the official invitation letter for your visa we need your passport details and the copy of first page of your passport (with photo, passport number, dates and the other main information).

Please send by e-mail the filled form to the Secretary of the Local organizing committee Dr. Dmitriy PELEGOV not later then August 25, 2005
